What is dye sublimation?

Dye sublimation is a heat transfer process that imprints your logos and graphics into the fibers of 100% polyester fabric to essentially make the designs part of the fabric.

What are the advantages of dye sublimation over screen printing?

Logos and numbers will not fade, crack or peel
More detailed designs can be imprinted

Yes, almost all of our products come in all sizes.

For sublimated garments and accessories, the minimum is always 10.

How can I check on the status of my order?

Typical orders leave our facility in 20 business days after receiving your final artwork approval and payment. If your order has taken longer than 20 business days, you can contact your sales rep via phone or email. They should be able to tell you the date your items were printed.

What is your return policy?

Please check your estimate for accuracy before paying and placing your order. Any mistake on an invoice is the responsibility of the customer. There are no claims on merchandise after 10 days of receipt. In the event that a mistake is made on our end we will replace the item at no charge.
